Product manager responsibilities
- Working with product team and stakeholders to develop and share a Product Vision and Strategy of by understanding customer needs and business goals and conducting market research.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and customers to gather customer and business requirements during the discovery and design phase of the product.
- Creating, maintinging, refining and socialising the product roadmap which guides the development process and communicates the product’s future direction to all the concerned stakeholders
- Working closely with cross-functional and other related teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Overseeing product discovery, design and development phases, including backlog management & prioritisation, and release coordination.
- Facilitating and guiding team to conduct their regular rituals such as stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives etc
- Advocating to the product team and stakeholders for user-centric design and influencing the improvement in user experience through feedback and usability testing. Engaging with customers, gathering feedback, and incorporating customer insights into product planning and development.
- Monitoring product performance, analyzing data, and making data-informed decisions to optimize product performance as well as plan for new product features and their enhacements.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to develop effective product positioning and launch strategies.
- Mentoring and leading a cross functional team of developers, designers, content managers, scrum masters and data analysts.
